AND THEN WHAT HAPPENED?

• Newport Beach Fire Department Helps in Fight Against Palisades Fire

  • The NBFD took part in an inter-departmental effort to combat the fires in Los Angeles. Many OC fire departments were called in to assist fighting the fires as they rage through northern Los Angeles. We appreciate the dedication and efforts of our own first responders as they go above and beyond the call of duty this week.

• Desecration at Lubiani II

  • We mention this only because we have used Lubiani before as our tailor, and they are one of the best. Saturday night about 10pm a car crashed into local men’s clothing store, Lubiani II. The store is very near the intersection of Newport Blvd and Harbor Blvd, one of the busiest intersections in Costa Mesa. A fire was quickly controlled and the driver was transported to a local hospital with only minor injuries according to Costa Mesa Fire Department. Newport Beach Fire Department assisted.
