Local's Summer Is Here

Post Labor Day Activities Coming to to Newport + Costa Mesa

Hello Back Bay Bombshells, happy Monday.

You know it’s a slow week for news when the biggest headline we could find is a Costa Mesa woman registered her dog to vote in two elections. Since we are pro-dog and anti-politics here at the BBB, we are opting for a no news is good news policy and skipping the notable headlines section this Monday. However, lots of events have been added to Plan Ahead and Family Friendly sections to fill up your Local’s Summer calendar.

To the 125ish new readers since our last send—welcome! The Back Bay Buzz delivers just the right amount of news and events for locals in Newport Beach and Costa Mesa. No crime, no politics, no spam—just the good stuff. We scan newspapers, blogs, social media, business journals, and Google alerts so you don’t have to.

In today’s Buzz:

  • Local’s Summer is here

  • Harley Night, REDO Vintage and Sand Sports Expo coming to Fairgrounds

  • Kid-friendly Coffee Shops

  • Bio-Diversity Week
